I found feeling nauseous was more than often not the famous Morning Sickness, but just being very tired. Once I've had a bit of a rest/sleep the feeling was gone. Your body tells you in this way when to take it slower. I stayed very busy right up to the end of my pregnancy and I realised at some stage I just could not keep up with all the social demands.
